Top residential Builder Emaar is now going to start a new
development projrct every week in 2014 across Dubai - with sources indicating
the tendency can continue throughout the year. An amazing seven fresh developments
have already been declared in the initial eight days of the year, starting with
the "Lila" Spanish coastal villas in Arabian Ranches.
A week later
the Vida Residence in Downtown Dubai was declared, followed by the
"Boulevard Point"also in Downtown Dubai.
On January 26 it pronounced the "Rasha" villas in
Arabian Ranches, followed a week later by "Yasmin", also in Arabian
Ranches. The "Mira Oasis" townhouses, near to Arabian Ranches, along
with the "Mulberry Heights" in Mohammed Bin Rashid city were
announced in the past three months. This will give a huge boost to the property
for sale in Dubai market.
Resources close to the business suggest Emaar might carry on
the current speed of launchings for much of the year, with revenues on each and
every start occasionally striking close to AED1bn ($272m). It isn't known
whether these might totally be centered on Dubai, or throughout the UAE.
Last week the company noted a 48% leap in fourth-quarter net
profit, as it benefited from a restored genuine property and vacation growth in
the emirate. Dubai's largest creator of property for sale in Dubai submitted a
quarterly profit of AED756m (money206m), compared with AED512m in 2012, the
company stated in a declaration.
Analysts in a Reuters survey had called on average a net income of AED622m. Emaar, the developer behind the legendary Burj Khalifa - the planet's highest building - said its entire value of sales in Dubai for 2013 was AED12bn, almost 3 times the amount in the year 2012.
